South East Area Zoom Demonstrations
We are delighted that Frances (Windsor Branch) and Sarah (Ashford Branch) have been working hard to put together, what we hope you agree is a fun and interesting programme.
We have 6 great demonstrations running every other month at 7.30pm, starting in February, which includes new pricing options including a time limited early bird offer. All the details can be found here

South East Area Spring Meeting
Time really does fly by, our next Area meeting on Zoom will take place on Saturday 22nd March 2025, 10am start with waiting room opening at 09.50am. The meeting is open both branch members and individual members.
Why are these meetings so important? Not only do you get to meet us and find out what is happening in the Area, we meet you and find out what you you feel about the Guild and the idea’s you have, to attract younger members to local branch meetings and take part in local events.
To obtain the entry code please contact Gillian email bsgsoutheast@gmail.comor Carolyn on carolynharveybsg@gmail.com who will send you the details and meeting codes. Branch secretaries and individuals should have received a letter and agenda.

South East Area Website
Jamie has set up a new email address bsgsoutheastwebsite@gmail.com for the website. I know that he is looking forward to receiving Event Posters, Photos and updated branch programmes from members and branches.

2026 Cake and Sugarcraft Show
Ardingly event organisers have asked us to bring our date forward to the 9th May 2026. This is because they are holding their annual fair at the beginning of June and they need to set everything up.
Our Competition Schedule has been written and is currently being reviewed by the team and will be sent to our Chair of Judges Sandra Richards shortly, before we send it out to Branches for feedback.
This year for the first time we have decided to split Schedules into two documents, one for Branch Projects and the second for Individual entries. We have done this to reduce the amount you need to download and print. Both will be available on the Area website shortly keep an eye on Facebook for more information.
You can find out more about the venue on our website www.bsgsoutheast.org.
Look forward to seeing you at the spring meeting or at the central exhibition. SE Area Team.
